The Qualities of a Successful Entrepreneur
It’s ironic to me that the qualities we need to be successful entrepreneurs are seemingly at odds with themselves.
I’m going illustrate my point by selecting just a few of our ironic traits and encourage you to add to this list.
Resilience
Resolve
Openness
Strategic planning
Efficiency
Time management
Flow
Connectedness
Solitude and reflection
Study
Imagination
Expertise
Wonder
If I were to wrap all of these qualities into a well-planned, successful entrepreneur day, it would consist of doing exactly what I’m supposed to do then wandering off to do what I’m not supposed to do, so I can imagine what I might want to do in the future..and then begin making and adapting plans before going back to work.
