If you are out there wondering what the BLEEP to do next in building your company, you are not alone. Clarity is a thing that gets tangled intermittently and sometimes feels like you’ve been hit by a meteor. This is a natural part of the entrepreneurial journey. Things work, things change, what worked isn’t working – then YOU have to change, expand and evolve to get the company back on track.

1. Expand your circle of influence – today google some business groups or meet-ups in your area and put one of their meetings on your calendar.

2. Get more active on LinkedIn Groups – needless to say we have a Big Ooga Chicago Group and we welcome your thoughtful participation. Join in!

4. Each day, change your status on FaceBook and LinkedIn. This can be a word of wisdom from a great thinker, the latest book you’ve read or your own original concept or expertise that provokes thought. Remember you have a lot to give! No one views business exactly how you do.

5. Be your own Trendspotter. Where is your industry going? What WILL your customers need? In last Sunday’s Trib there was an article on Real Estate Agents who are moving toward renting For Sale properties and tending to all of the details. 

6. Stay the course! I’m here to remind you that small businesses are the economic engine that built this country. Your success not only matters to you but it matters to your country. 

7. We will get through this together! Attitude is everything and you are not alone. Solopreneurship is a group acitvity. Stay connected and part of the community. We are here to help each other!
