Regardless of the stunningly vast outreach we are capable of through our individual businesses, there is still a pure, bright and honest voice that needs to cut through the clutter to connect emotionally.   Not a contrived honest voice with words carefully chosen to represent an honest voice, but real values that inspire business growth, new connections and capabilities.

The Big Ooga is a small company, made up of small companies.  Since our first event in February 2009 we have added 112 small companies to our community.  In the last couple of days we have learned more about the power of LInkedIn and will be embracing those new associates with verve.

By the end of next week we will be more conversant on Twitter because that is the subject of our May 5th program at Catalyst Ranch.  Our goal is not to out outreach the competition – but to embrace the competition, share our skills, combine our people and keep all of us moving forward.

The power of small business marketing is transforming into a big outreach with more personal messages of collectivism.  It is a vast Niche authenticity – the removing of hype but keeping the thrill.  These are built in dichotomies that challenge themselves and make perfect sense as they emerge as new.  We are lacing everything we know and everything we’re learning into a new tapestry of communication. What is different is that we are all the weavers of this new fabric with the delicious ability to disregard what traditionally mislead us.  This new discrimination has caused the old school some heartburn, but opened up the sky to the rest of us.  Who are you in concert with professionally that has become a delightful surprise to your business relationships?
