Small Business Owners and Entrepreneur Master Mind Group

The Business Owners and Entrepreneur Master Mind Group meets the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. To see how valuable it can be to you, call us to discuss.

Lennie Rose @ 773-549-4815 or email Lennie@BigOoga.com

Each group is six sessions and can be designed for accelerated growth by meeting weekly, or sustained growth and development by meeting bi-weekly or monthly.

Only seven participants are invited to each group and they are a mix of noncompeting and complimentary skill sets and experience.  Focused on solving the entrepreneur’s and small business owner’s top priority challenges, the group provides resources, insights, strategy and experience. This shortens the discovery time and quickens the ability to move the company ahead.

One of our members went from having “that book” stuck in his head to finally  crafting the focused thesis, chapter outline and is now working on the manuscript. This emerged during a time when he was spearheading an acquisition. Both trajectories were addressed at the table.

We helped another member transition from owning one company to owning another.

The group has been instrumental in getting a start up out of the gate and into the marketplace.

Melonie Boone, CEO of Complete Concepts Consulting, Inc. said:

“On the last day of the most meaningful six weeks of my professional career I feel empowered, renewed and stronger in my purpose. The Big Ooga Master Mind Group supported me through challenging business growing pangs, gave me ideas that will be monumental in my business success and five new friendships that will stand the test of time.

Lennie Rose held us accountable for our goals, delivered the tough messages that we all need to hear and is committed to helping us raise happy healthy companies.”

Another member had this to say:

Dear Lennie: I must take a moment and tell you how impressed I have been with the Big Ooga Master Mind group you assembled and the enormous value our company received by participating in it.

In particular, your upbeat attitude and dynamic facilitation skills made it easy on us and lead our group in the right direction: each time, every time.

In the heat of each session, it was easy to consider the group to be an extension of our leadership team.  The consistent and genuine feedback helped us identify key resources, acquire new business planning tools, be more accountable, and it broadened our strategic thinking into new areas of growth for our company.

Bottom line: you’ve got a gem in this Master Mind group.

Engaging Influencers or Schmoozing for Success – Workshop

Do you want to connect with the experts and influencers in your niche? People often judge you by the company you keep. Why not connect with the best and the brightest in your specialty?

The “gatekeepers” are gone and you can build relationships with influencers such as bestselling authors, highly paid speakers, or other famous people. Learn how to approach these professionals to build rapport and potentially gain visibility (and maybe referrals!) for your business. Catherine Morgan will share her approach, and how she met New York Times bestselling author Carol Roth – and many others.

During this talk you will:

  • Learn the right ways to approach influencers (and what not to do)
  • Create a plan to engage with a targeted list of influencers over time
  • Understand that building rapport comes before making a request
  • Explore different avenues, including Facebook, Twitter, blog commenting, and blog guest posting

You need to be seen as an expert in your space. And prospects need to know about your services. Interacting with the leaders in your niche will grow your skills, and can help you grow your business. Please join us for a fun and lively discussion that will give you great ideas – whether you are experienced or just getting started.

What people have to say about this workshop:

“What I realized was that I missing a huge opportunity to expand my network in a whole new way. I could engage influencers just like people were engaging me. Catherine’s content was so fresh and relevant I felt myself wanting to get started even before she was finished. Thanks for the inspiration Catherine!” — Cathy Mott

“You’ll get more out of one presentation from Catherine than you’ll get from a dozen convoluted, self-promotional books. Catherine doesn’t take herself seriously, but she takes her work very seriously. What a refreshing combination.”  — Rick Asa

“Catherine is an engaging and knowledgeable speaker delivering loads of content with sharp wit and style.  I left the evening with practical information I was able to immediately put into action!” — Victoria Cook
