Why the Big Ooga, Part 1

It’s not my child but it IS my Baby and I‘m giving it my heart and soul. Every entrepreneur I know feels the same way about their business … they love their work, they spend their time, they sacrifice their money, they handle every aspect, they bundle up their dreams and they take them on the open road.

There are times when the direction is clear and the skills we have are sufficient. There are other times we get lost and need to grow. That is the time we seek out experts and expertise. It’s also the same time of great epiphany … when we realize …

This part, in itself, is KILLER.

Building a team is like looking for needles in a haystack … or worse, needles in haystacks that are in Sri Lanka.

So how do you find your people, and in the best of all worlds, right out of your own business community? How do you trust that your ad in Craig’s list is really going to find you the right assistant? How do you bring someone into your inner circle, ramp them up, verse them in your brand, treat them like family, train, inspire, teach and trust them while counting every second because time is money and the learning curve is so steep?

If you had your own HR person, that problem would be solved – but you probably don’t have one on your bench.

You could use a recruiter , but chances are they won’t want you .

Hire a friend, but that’s courting disaster.

OR … you could just go out there, ask around, get referrals, fly blind, make calls and you will possibly find the right person.

Isn’t it hard to believe that THIS has been the method of choice? It’s like using a default setting to grow your company because it’s so dang hard to find your people.

That problem has just been solved. It’s going to be easy to find great people. Because that’s what we’ll be doing day and night…finding and qualifying, talented, dependable, reputable people to help you grow your business. That’s why we created the BigOoga™ Because the old way just isn’t good enough.

Welcome to the dawn of the OogaSphere™ . Things are about to change.
